Benjamin Fawcett was the engraver and publisher and the artwork was done by A. F. & C. Lydon. From A History of British Birds, by the Rev. Frances Orpen Morris, 1st edition, (first edition was published in stages from 1851-57). Each engraving is a Xylographic (woodcut) print with additional hand colouring. Page size: 6 x 10 inches (15.5 x 25.5 cm) approximately.
