No delivery will be made until payment is received, and all shipping and address details are clear and unequivocal.
Damage to Products
Orders damaged during shipping should be sent back to New Zealand Birds within 7 days of receiving them. They will be replaced and postage refunded.

Both New Zealand Antique Prints & Rare Books and the NZ Birds' Store offer secure payment transactions through Paypal.
Within New Zealand a direct bank credit is also an acceptable method of payment.
GST may apply to transactions within New Zealand.
Returns - Refund
Items purchased may be returned within 7 days of receiving them. Postage will not be refunded, unless damage was incurred during shipping.
Please make sure that the goods are returned unused, resaleable or in the condition they were received.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We ship our products within 3 business days following the receipt of payment.
All our products are shipped from New Zealand via New Zealand Post, the largest and a most reputable New Zealand postal carrier. Items are individually packaged using appropriate materials to best protect your purchase.

Overseas delivery time using economy air freight.
